About Crooked River Ranch
Crooked River Ranch Club & Maintenance Association is a nonprofit corporation consisting of 2,646 property owners, each a dues paying member. The dues are used to maintain the common properties, which the association owns. When purchasing a lot you become a dues paying member with the privileges that go with it, including reduced rates on the CRR Golf Course and CRR RV Park and use of the CRR swimming pool. The gravel roads are maintained with funds collected from the dues. CRR is totally self-supportive and achieves that accomplishment with pride.
